Very nice and clean studio, well equipped for affordable price, great location literally just go downstairs and you are on beach, on top of that Alma the host is very kind person with good knowledge of foreign languages so it make your stay even easier

The property is even nicer in person than in the photos. Checkin was easy with the hosts mother who speaks Albanian and Italian, we still managed to understand each other and she is very kind. You are beachfront, you walk around the corner of the building to access the beach which is great. It takes under an hour to walk into the city, or the bus is 40 Lek. Half an hour is walking alongside the beach, the other half is after you pass through a car park and a roundabout and walk along a footpath/cycle lane making it easy to get to. It’s a good area to stay if you want easy beach access with plenty of places to eat. It was great to have a washing machine and facilities to cook with. The bed is comfy also and the place was very clean. Alma was very helpful with instructions on how to get to and from the property which was great as a first time visitor. I would recommend this property.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could wish for :) the location was amazing, right in front of the beach and few steps away from great restaurants. The contact with the owners (Mrs Alma and Fatima) was absolutely amazing. They helped us so much to get to the apartment and showed everything we needed there. We’ll definitely book their accommodation when we’ll be traveling to Durrës again :)
