If you want a private and comfortable rest with absolute freedom - this is the place for you! Here you will have a clean, bright accommodation with all the necessary equipment. The landlady is very friendly but not intrusive in any way, always ready to answer any questions. The residential complex has everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, currency exchange, several cafes, a vegetable and fruit store. Across the road you find yourself on the beach, which is spacious and clean. The sea is very warm and clean, better than in the center of Durres, because there is a safe natural area for children of all ages and a deepwater area for adults. Most Albanians you'll see are friendly and kind people, they will most likely help if asked. Every salesman I dealt with knew English. I got everything I wanted from my vacation and I really hope to come back here again in my lifetime!

Good price/value rate. Kind and helpful host. Well equipped studio. Good neighborhood away from the noise of Durres. Shop, bus stop in front of the building, frequent and cheap transport to the city. The beach is 200 meters from the building.

I stayed in this apartment and was delighted! Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, bus stop, cafe, supermarket, pharmacy near the house. The apartments are located in a calm and cozy area. The apartment is bright and cozy, with a modern design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The window offers a beautiful view of the sea. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. In general, wonderful apartments for holidays and travel

The apartment is great for a long stay, it has everything you need: a washing machine, a hair dryer, many different dishes and kitchen utensils. The view from the window is an additional bonus of the apartment, you can enjoy the sea view every day in different weather conditions. Overall it was very cozy and comfortable stay, really great place to come back here again.
