The hotel staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating especially Marcid who was our waiter for the week. Food in their restaurant was excellent, the buffet not so good. Hotel sits right on the beach which was amazing, very very clean there were always people keeping the place tidy.

The hotel has great facilities including a nice pool, spa and a decent on site restaurant (excluded from the all exclusive but very well priced). Watching the sunset from the balcony or beach front bar was beautiful. The beach is right opposite the hotel so a 10 metre walk and you are there. The hotel provides sun loungers on the beach and it was cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and although we didn't do any there were day trips that they could organise for you to see different parts of Albania As we went in October it was very quiet so we had the pool and beach mostly to ourselves during the day with a handful of other guests.
