Perfect location, modern style, but also elegant and cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, caring a lot about my stay and my comfort. They waited me at 3.30am after a late arrival of my flight. In the morning they were again very nice during breakfast time and caring a lot of my well being during the short stay! it was very nice to start the day with such good energy felt from the staff working at the Kloest! I strongly reccomend it and I will be choosing always this place for my stays in Durres as people makes always the difference also the price and the quality they are very good! 5⭐️Thank you very much for everything and see you very soon !

Location, big and very nice modern rooms, staff really wants to help and make their work by heart. Rooms were very clean. Wifi connection worked very well all the time.

My partner and I stayed here for a week whilst visiting Albania for the first time. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are wonderful. They helped with all requests and questions and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are clean and tidy and also very modern for such an old building. The breakfast was perfectly adequate for the size of the hotel. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Durres.

One of the original hotels with lots of character, although the traditional interior details were modern replicas, but nicely done. The hotel is close to the promenade and the historic sites. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Breakfast was good although you had to ask for coffee rather than being greeted and offered it. Staff were helpful when you asked and they were helpful with our early arrival and when our taxi didn’t come. It was quiet from both external noise and other guests. Fluffy towels!

A solid option in the heart of Durres, both the promenade and the amphitheater are a short walk away. Rooms were clean and comfortable and decent size. Breakfast was the standard Albanian choice of savoury and sweet, but they had proper coffee which was a bonus. There was a working fridge in the room which is also a nice bonus.

Wonderful staff, perfect location, beautiful rooms, great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay in Durres in the Hotel Kloest. From the taxi that the hotel provided to whisk us from the airport to the hotel to picking up our hire car at the hotel, everything was absolutely perfect. A great introduction to Albania

Nice hotel. But our room was very small..tried to get it changed but not able too...Bathroom was not 4 stars...but overall the owner and Manager very good will go again but a better room???
