The property was excellent, located in a perfect spot close to the beach and restaurants. The host was extremely friendly and open to communication, which made it easy to arrange all the details. He responded quickly and with understanding to all our additional requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant vacation! There is parking available in the yard, and you can also relax in the courtyard.

Owner is very friendly and always smiling. Our room was big, clean and well-lit. Next to hostel is bus stop, exchange and few food stores and restaurants. The nearest beach is about 200 meters away.

So close to the beach. Communication was excellent and hosts very accommodating. Local supermarket open late. Secluded off the main street yet close to all amenities. Felt very safe, Durres felt very safe to be out later with a baby. We were staying with a 7 month old and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. Quiet on a night and air con worked great! Shower was brilliant!
