Good value , nice hosting (Fiona ) ,location is good near the beach. Room/flat is good balcony ,TV etc on all floors there is a kitchen for guests to use. For what you pay 18 pounds a night is really good.

This place has almost everything one may need for a short or long stay in Durres. Starting from the location, which is close to everything, such as shops, restaurants, and the beach itself, Strong Wifi, for any 'digital nomad' out there is a bonus, especially in rooms 8 and 16 where I previously stayed. The hotel is run by a family, and the daughter understands & fluently communicates in English. Also, I received swift replies regarding a room specifics I had ( via the booking message center) that is also worth of a positive remark. In sum, Festim Hotel remains my go-to place for the third year in a row, as it offers everything I need for a very reasonable price per night. *It is worth noting the air con that works properly, and a cable TV that I didn't use, but has over 80 international channels.

It was very very clean. Fiona (daughter of the host) was very polite and helpful. She speaks a very good English. She even ordered us a taxi when we needed to get to the bus station at the checkout.

The property exceeded all my expectations. At first, I was apprehensive due to the exceptionally low price of the accommodation, but that fear vanished as soon as I arrived at the hotel. The hosts were extremely kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this place to those who are not looking for luxury but a normal, clean, and comfortable stay
