The fine print
Please note that the rate of the Five-Bedroom House is based on 10 people sharing. If there are less guests than the maximum occupancy, the rate will remain the same.Please note that the Three-Bedroom Chalet has 3 double twin beds. There is an additional cost for use of the additional pull down sofa beds.Please be aware that a pre-authorisation amounting to GBP 100 will be held on your payment card until departure.Complimentary spa access includes access to the main 25-metre swimming pool, bubble pool, steam room and sauna. Access to the hydro-pool and outdoor pool is reserved for guests on spa packages or who are members. During busy times guests will be allocated a time slot. Due to high demand of leisure facilities on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and during busy periods guests will be allocated access on check-in. Restrictions apply to children’s access to the pool.

The room was spacious and light, nicely decorated with a comfortable seating / table area in the window. The Spa facilities were excellent, well maintained and offered a variety of gym, pool and other spa options. The swimming area was particularly large with plenty of poolside loungers and refreshment station. Breakfast options were wide and varied with kitchen staff very helpful and attentive to dietary needs.

It’s really relaxed, lots of chilled places to relax. Rooms are of a very high standard big with character and great bathrooms. Love the Fusion restaurant and spa. My favourite hotel in NE UK.

The hotel was amazing as well as the staff ! We were a little disappointed that we were away there on Saturday for our anniversary and for £243 for a deluxe room we got no robes / slippers for the spa as we didn't have a spa package the receptionist on spa told us and on arrival we were told we could only have a hour in the spa area which also didn't include the spa with outside area unless we payed another £45 each which was a little too much with the price of the spa break /overnight stay.I did have a lovely sleep in the comfortable bed and the restaurant/bar are gorgeous.
