The staff June, Becca & chef Caesar were excellent. We had problems with the hot tub not being hot enough & June went out of her way to sort things out for us, cannot praise her enough. Would love to stay here again 🙂

The actual bedroom did meet our expectations however the bathroom didn't feel clean, mould around the edge of shower, sink plug was stuck, paint coming off wall. Parking details are misleading, it says private parking is possible on site @ £10. This is not true ,only found this out when checking in and being told that it was an error on Booking.com, which still hasn't been changed at time of review. We had to park on the road where it's chargeable between 8.30am and 6pm at approx £18-£19 for a day. When we arrived back on the second night at around 22:40 we found the front door locked with a sign saying call this number for out of hours. On calling we were described an alternative way of getting into the hotel. This should have been explained at check-in. The breakfast and breakfast staff were good.

Great little boutique hotel in a great location with nearby parking. Under new management when we stayed who were really welcoming. All staff were really friendly too, nothing too much trouble. We stayed in the cruise room which was a welcome change to the Bland rooms you often get at mainstream establishments.

The level of service was outstanding, and Mr Smith was very accommodating his attention to customers. It is unmatched to any other hotel I have stayed in.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. We stayed in the Penthouse, huge room and bathroom, which was decorated to a high standard. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay again.
