Lovely stay. A bus stop couple of minutes from the hotel takes you into Durham. The lady on reception was very welcoming and the lady in the cafe was equally welcoming.

Bed very comfortable. Martin the night receptionist was exceptional and very friendly. Close to city center all the shops around you. Loved the towels.

It locates an edge of the town and therefore we could spend comfortable night with less money. The room is big enough and hot water from the shower is lot enough. Staff are so friendly.

Really clean and well put together. Reception and cleaning staff go above and beyond to help. Chatty and polite. Room was immaculate, comfy warm and inviting.

Friendliness of the staff. Comfortable beds, powerful shower with plenty of hot water, decent wi-fi and flat screen tv, plenty of tea & coffee facilities.

we loved the onsite swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and was happy to pay the discounted price of £15 pp 😀 The bed was extremely comfy and great power shower👍 will definitely stay again. Location wasnt too bad but not walking distance to city centre, only £8/10 in an uber however 😀
