The location is perfect and in walking distance of the promenade and main beach. Various restaurants and bars are also in walking distance and so too the mall. Solar power is installed in the apartment which is well equipped for self catering. Safe parking is also available in the basement and the apartment block has secure access to all floors. There is a small balcony that leads out from the bedroom which gives beautiful views of the sea and spectacular sun rises.

Very nice apartment, spacious and clean next to the supermarket. Close walk to the beach, safe and secure. Beautiful balcony with views to the city. Highly recommend to stay.
