The room was nice & spacious with a good view. I received a warm welcome from the staff. The lady by the name of Thandeka, at the reception gave us outstanding service & gave us such a welcome that made me feel comfortable & wanted. Her service was exceptional.

The pool was out of order.They didn't give clean bedding after making beds,it was the one used the previous night.I know it for sure since my pillow was wet from sweating,and it still felt wet

This hotel has long held a coveted place on my travel list, even prior to the pandemic. The warm and professional welcome I received, accompanied by genuine smiles from the staff, was truly delightful. While I have had the pleasure of staying at numerous Hilton properties beyond South Africa, I must emphasize that the team in Durban stands out as truly remarkable. From Guest Services to the dining experience, every aspect was nothing short of phenomenal. Bravo to the entire team! As someone with discerning tastes, I found myself with absolutely no complaints.
