Was clean and neat. Had to walk to the third floor. No lift. Bathroom door was broken. No other complaints. Good overall . Had a mission finding the parking but eventually got it right

The environment was safe and welcoming. Staff cleaned the room daily, they stayed out the way, as in you never noticed they were there, which is good for guests who like their peace and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful .
