I had exceptional treatment from the Hostess Fathima who always attended to our needs .Very polite and helpful .A lovely lady . The staff were always smiling ,whilst we had small conversations . Loved that the apartment was cleaned everyday day including beddings changed with supplies provided continuously .

I liked everything. The best thing i would say is that the owners of the property dealt with any requests or complaints personally and with urgency. I will be staying there anytime I'm in Durban.
