Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable beds. Free WiFi and large TV with all the channels. Not luxurious but value for money. Plenty of clean towels and linen

The hotel room was great. Simple, but clean and functional. The bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient. Good value for money. I was treated very well at reception.

Everything was fine, the only thing we can complain about is the noise at night (hear the people who were above us and their pouring water)

Good place, friendly staff. Better avoid the Labor Day weekend with millions of Harleys in town, the noise is a nightmare. Obviously every year again. But that is not the fault of the hotel of course.

Excellent to have laundry facilities when we took this detour from our Route 66 trek. Location excellent for Durango Silverton Mountain Railway, the reasons for our visit. Good walks from thenproperty as well.

Having a kitchen area made of handy for organising breakfast and snacks. The creek at the back was nice to look at.

The best part was that there were some seats provided at the back of the property next to a stream, where one could sit and have a quiet drink. The room was adequate.
