The location is really good, right next to the Polar Express train platform right in the centre of town and with a really good parking area as well. The hotel itself is fantastic, I loved the room and the decor. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel! I wish I could have stopped longer

Spacious, clean and very comfortable room. Great location in downtown Durango, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Durango railroad. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tea and cookies laid on every afternoon in the lobby was a welcome surprise.

Quaint, unlike any other property we stayed in on our trip. It was also only place we stayed at that provided proper cutlery and crockery for breakfast. Liked the fresh cookies that were available most of the time.

Great decor. Coffee and cookies on arrival (afternoon). Excellent checkin staff. Pleasant room. Good breakfast. Free parking just outside the stairs to the room.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing atmosphere. We loved it. Very oldie worldie! Right next door to durango train station. Gorgeous Italian restaurant next door. Fab location.

The location is great, especially if wanting to take the Durango to Silverton steam train. Parking is good. The check in staff, particularly Oksana were extremely friendly and helpful. The antique feel is quirky. The bed was very comfortable and good pillows.

Nice old hotel. The lobby is full of charm and the veranda is nice to take breakfast or have an afternoon coffee and cookie ( all complimentary). The beds were confortable and the bathroom was nice. Durango is a charming, albeit touristic, city where one can actually wander by feet and eat on nice terrasses in the summer.
