Children under 4 years old are free of charge if sharing room with parents.

There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New year Gala Dinner(31/12) and not included room rate and surcharge rate, which will be charged upon check-in date.
• A deposit is required upon check-in for additional services or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Deposit only in VND.
• Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 140 centimeters will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.
• When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup.

We liked the hotel’s rooms, private pool, shuttle service to major attractions such as Vinpearl World Water Park, Theme Park, Safari, Grand World, and the airport pick-and-drop service. We also enjoyed the kids’ activities the hotel offered.

Location was amazing, it was right next to the Theme Park and Safari, which are the major attractions on the island. The beach by the property was gorgeous, clean and pristine. The property seems brand new, so everything looks very neat and clean. The villas were very spacious and well decorated. Kids loved the Safari Themed villa we stayed at. The scale of the property was also massive.

Breakfast was served in 3 areas. Reception/lobby area both ground floor and upstairs as well as the Taras restaurant near the beach. The Taras restaurant was the best place to have breakfast.

We are so glad we stayed here. The staff are so lovely, special shout out to Reception staff. The buffet is amazing. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the private pool a big bonus. Locality is amazing. Walk to Vinwonders and transport to Safari Park is easy to get with free buses close by. Didn't have to pay for one grab. The little buggies (took took) around the resort are always there if you are too tired to walk. Beautiful resort. Fantastic location and beautiful workers. What more can you ask for. Best start to our holiday and birthday celebration. Highly recommend.

The villas are fantastic, very comfortable and great value for money. The entire staff was always ready to help, and even though there were occasional mix ups due to language barrier, we always received excellent service with a smile. Breakfast is quite diverse and the food is delicious, especially the local cuisine. Vietnamese coffee is not really to our taste, but we always received very decent alternatives, with no extra cost.

The staff here were exceptional. The facilities and villas are the best we have experienced in Asia. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was a lavish affair.

It is very convenient to visit the attractions as the resort provide free shuttle service to the Safari Zoo, Vin Wonder and Grand World. The tuk tuk service at the resort is also very well organized and prompt unlike some of the other resorts which I have been, they do not have a queue system and the guest just rushed to the tuk tuk and cut queue.
