First they said no availability... then they called me on whatsapp that they suddenly had 1 room available. In the mean time I already had another place booked...

The hotel/restaurant is run by a really hard working, friendly family. The location is perfect, set back from the main road where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, and the other direction it is a short walk on to the beach. The food is brilliant, particularly the bbq. They ordered in a shark steak for me and it was busy every night, we had to wait for a table a couple of times, which is not the case anywhere else we went (I took this as a good sign). Try to get a bungalow slightly set back from the main thoroughfare, as it offers more privacy, numbers 10-15. We booked our excursions direct with the hotel, and they were both cheaper, and better than the competitors on the main strip.

Lovely family owned guest house. Friendly and helpful, and quiet although in a busy area. Menu has a good selection and there is a store right in front for anything you need.

Such a nice place and very good value for the money . Not often bathrooms have this standard and never before to this price!!! Lovely! Very comfortable bed and big glass windows,cosy place with a very good restaurant! Very close to the wonderful beach !

Location was good. Breakfast was great and the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly.

The bed was very comfortable The Location to the beach & night markets. I loved the BBQ fresh fish every night the owner was delightful all the staff could be more helpful nothing was to much trouble.I certainly plan to stay at Sunlight Bungalow again
