Evething so great, nice room, nice service, friendly staffs , luxury resort and great beach. Unless this time my stay too much korean babies and Kids , They cry all the time. GYM and Spa should not let kid come on.

We were there over 2 month ago, and until today, my 2 year old daughter would still ask where is Ms Haha. This hotel is super kids friendly. Staffs are really helpful (especially Ms Haha, all the kids love her!) We had an amazing stay there. its a money worth spending for sure

large modern room, comfortable and large bed, large wardrobe and beautiful bathroom, Nespresso coffee machine in the room, cleanliness at an enviable level, the entire content of the hotel is at a high level, from food to comfortable sunbeds on the beach, beautiful pools that are busy but not everything can to be ideal

Our stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort was very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived in the early evening, we were greeted by the stunning presence of the hotel’s grand entrance and lobby, along with a warm welcome from the staff and a delicious ginger-flavoured refreshment. The resort’s beachfront location is absolutely perfect, offering plenty of sun loungers and parasols for guests to enjoy. The pools were equally inviting, with ample space to relax without ever feeling crowded. The children’s water play area was a highlight for our family and provided endless fun. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of options catering to every palate, including a dedicated children’s section and fantastic Vietnamese coffee on tap. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out, providing plenty of space to store belongings and soak in the openness of the resort. Borrowing bicycles to explore the property was another highlight, as we enjoyed discovering little hidden spots like the herb garden. The complimentary shuttle service to the night markets added to the convenience and fun of our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and attentive, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. InterContinental Phu Quoc is a gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and family-friendly getaway.

Beautiful property with amazing facilities for kids. Awesome club and activities for the whole week with movie screening too. All rooms are amazing and the staff was very kind.

Five star hotel with pretty affordable price. Nice breakfast and nice staffs. Though we encountered some technical problems (the AC was snot working properly and the handle of the small table was broken), the staffs and technicians helped us solve these problems timely.
