This villa offers 3-bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a spa bath. 1 bedroom is upstairs, with a day bed in the adjoining area and the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. The living area and the fully self-contained kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are all located on the ground floor, as is the verandah. Air-conditioning, opening windows, a TV, as well as an upstairs balcony with barbecue facilities. There is 1 car parking space available next to the villa. Additional parking is available in the resort car park. Please note this villa does not include daily servicing. It is full self-contained.

This air conditioned apartment includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and en suite bathroom fitted with a spa bath. This apartment has 3-bedrooms. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed and spacious. It features a king-sized bed, a desk and an open plan en suite bathroom with a spa bath. The adjoining kitchen/living area includes a dining table, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD player and stereo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a spa bath. The 3rd loft style bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen-sized bed and a single-sized bed but has no bathroom. Opening windows, air-conditioning, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are included. Please note all 3-bedroom apartments are located on the 1st level with access via stairs only. There is no lift access available. Please note that children under 4 years of age cannot be accommodated in this room type. Please note that the price is based on 6 guests. King/Twin Disability Access Apartment Room - enter dates to see room photos

Ideal for guests who do not require a spa and have special access needs or guests who would like a twin configuration. A secure and comfortable bedroom with a king bed which can split to 2 large single beds. A separate bathroom with grab rails, shower, a shower seat, and a toilet. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and is joined to a living area with complementary WiFi, air-conditioning and opening windows. A common entry foyer also includes a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. A dedicated parking bay is next to the apartment room. The apartment is 200 meters from the beach, town shopping centre, arts crafts, galleries & cafes.

King Villa Retreat - Spa Ensuite Garden View - enter dates to see room photos

This villa features a balcony, private entrance and microwave. This unit type can only be booked as the "Two-Bedroom Villa ". However, subject to availability and by phoning the reservations team, a booking can be modified to a "One-Bedroom Villa Retreat" at a reduced rate. Two-Bedroom Villa Retreat can accommodate up to 5 guests. This delightful retreat offers a balcony and looks into the trees. Upstairs: balcony off the landing, master bedroom with queen bed, open to the en-suite with shower over corner spa bath, reverse A/C and TV. A king-single size daybed on the landing upstairs is suitable for an adult or teenager (note no privacy from the bedroom and situated on the landing directly at the top of the stairs). At ground level the kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, oven and stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Living area with reverse A/C is flooded with natural light, bifold doors open onto the small rear deck and outdoor dining / BBQ. Some of these Villas have a spare bathroom with walk in shower off the dining nook, available on request and subject to availability (these can be very helpful for guests with mobility issues who do not wish to step into a spa bath to shower). The second bedroom at ground level offers reverse A/C + TV, queen bed open to the en-suite with shower over corner spa bath, bar fridge + kettle and direct access to the rear deck. Option to lock off the downstairs bedroom to reduce rate and turn into a One-Bedroom Villa Retreat, subject to availability.

This is my third stay at Bay Village. I have always loved it. The style of the buildings and set-up and the trees-just wonderful. I have been in very different accommodations each time. The location is perfect with the beach and town centre a short walk away. I love that it has an indoor pool but once again I didn’t get a chance to swim in it. My room was a blocked off room from a villa. That didn’t bother me but the guests there weren’t very friendly. For a short holiday like mine, it suited my needs and I loved the stay.

Location was amazing. Walking distance to everything in town and just across from the beach. We couldn't fault it. And would definitely return. The loft area upstairs for the kids to sleep was a really great size, and we loved the feel of the village over all. It was great to be able to let the kids run around on the grass and make friends with other kids staying there too. House is a good size and layout. A great beachside holiday spot. Staff were friendly and helpful.
