The room was really good - the design is great. There is a small seating area - amazing big windows letting lots of light in. Staff were very responsive.

Loved our spacious studio room, modern fresh decor, great little sofa area and kitchen area. Location was ideal. Good communication via email on all the details you needed. Would definitely recommend a studio room to anyone at this hotel.

Fantastic location within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed and well stocked with all the essentials. Communication was extremely prompt and instructions clear and concise.

Great to have two bathrooms for the 4 of us. They were so generous with coffee and tea. We have never seen such a big tray of them. Located walking distance to the train station. Supermarket is just a stone’s throw away. Apartment was not as big as I would have liked but I do understand that it is in the city.

The location was great - close to the Octagon and many sights/monuments. The building was stunning (as many in Dunedin are). Our room was funky - cool decor, awesome bathroom, comfy bed, pretty spacious even though we were in the loft part
