What a beautiful building! Feels very cozy and at home there. They gave me a very large room, good parking lot, lovely breakfast and reception overall. Close to the centre with bars and restaurants.

From the warm welcome on arrival to the super comfortable bed with lovely soft bed linen, this place feels like a home away from home. Its handy location to Tuhura Otago Museum and the university, together with a wealth of eateries a short walk away, is a huge bonus.

Very quaint and beautiful house refurbished to a guest house! Very friendly staff, check in and out was breezy. Breakfast in the morning was well taken care of. Location was convenient and quiet, a nice walk just down the straight road into the town centre. Carpark at the accoms had more than enough lots if you're driving. Room for 1 was very spacious and clean, comfortable bed and linen. Electric blanket was provided for the cold. More than enough space to lay out 2 luggages. The tap in the room was useful. Common showers and toilets were all very clean. There's a common room for relaxing and watching TV, you can make yourself a cup of coffee or tea as well. Think I saw an ice maker too. Just do note that there is no lift to the rooms; some motel rooms are on ground floor, consideration for those with accessibility requirements or heavy luggages.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, really friendly staff, good breakfast. Shared bathrooms are not a problem. My 3rd stay here.

Good access to the town and plenty of interesting places to eat. Friendly staff with lots of local knowledge. Basic but good quality breakfast.
