Aw this was such a lovely place to stay. Quirky building on the main road into the centre of Dunedin. Plenty of choice of accommodation in Dunedin but so glad we stayed here

Well located for an easy 30 minute walk downtown. Also (if you have a car) it's just 5 minutes drive to a large supermarket. The room was spacious but the bathroom was quite small. Kitchen / kitchenette was well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, small oven /air flyer an and small induction plate you could plug in if wanted. Parking and laundry (to pay) on site. The staff were courteous and happy to help.

Our room was really spacious, comfortable and very clean. We were delighted to find that tea, coffee and some little milk cartons had been left for us. Our bed was large, cozy and we slept well. There was very little noise at all. The shower was powerful., and the body soap and shampoo were useful.

A warm welcome on arrival and clean and spacious room with kitchen facilities and on-site laundry available. Next door was a student house but that presented no problems, we washed the newly arrived students get ready to party in Dunedin but not significant noise from them. Visited Larnach Castle and the Albatross reserve. Would recommend both. Also quick visit to Baldwin Street, the steepest street in the world!

Good location, well appointed unit. Would have been good for an extended stay with kitchenette. I was roadside but limited traffic noise. Staff friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.
