We were on the top floor at the back and it was quiet. 5 min walk to the central bus station. The kitchen was well equipped, even kitchen paper towels were there. The laundry was free and the dryer cost 2 dollars. Non smoking throughout, also outside. Thank you!

Lovely welcoming staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable. View over the city buildings. Lots of parking. Walkable to town and Dunedin Botanic Gardens .

Super friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious. Very convenient to town, and the hospital. Would definitely stay here again. I loved the trees outside the door!

Always busy, clean and well appointed rooms, usually bigger than your average size room, great beds. Very close to town less than 5 mins walk.

One of the best Motels I've ever stayed in New Zealand. Very quiet even though central, spacious, clean, comfortable bed and seating area. The only Motel or Hotel so far with a water filter in the kitchen to avoid the chlorine taste. Immediate upgrade to disability unit as my daughter had an accident recently and could not climb stairs. I will definitely come again
