This is by far our favourite hotel in Dunedin. The rooms are so spacious and beautiful. I love all the artwork in hotel and the staff are extremely accomodating. We used to stay in a different hotel each time but now we’ll only use EBB

Absolutely everything - super modern, arty, funky design, attention made to every detail in the rooms and hotel in general, so clean, beds/pillows exceptionally comfortable, bathroom next level of functionality and style, frame art tv, simply a dreamy place to stay. I could not recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations during my stay. I booked it at the last minute. I was supposed to stay in another hotel in town, but after I checked in and saw the room and bathroom, I checked out. As soon as I went to the receptionist for the check-in, she was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very large and have modern facilities. The breakfast is delicious.

Very modern, spacious rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, feels high end. Even a regular room is as big as suites in many other hotels and it’s not crammed full with accessories you don’t need but take up space like desks etc.
