Our good sized room with off street parking, comfortable bed, great shower, TV, microwave, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities was all we required for our 2 nights in Dunedin.

Location is good. Good is good but should use oil heater instead of fan heater because its noisy Bed is good.

Everything :-) The room was very clean and the facilities were great. Good sized lounge/kitchen area and to have a separate bedroom from the lounge a plus. Everyone we meet from the Motel during our stay were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
