We always choose to stay here when we are in Dunedin as the rooms are absolutely lovely, the location is great and hosts are very friendly and hospitable. Each room has a balcony or deck or you can sit in the lounge downstairs and enjoy a wine.

Lovely, well appointed and located hotel. On the Main Street a short walk to everything. Beautifully decorated and appointed room. Neville and Sandra were very hospitable with suggestions for every question we asked. Would definitely stay again.
