It was like a little oasis, the staff were so helpful. The room was great, very clean, tidy and comfortable. It was helpful having parking too.

WE loved that there was a thai restaurant Buddha Stix attached to the property. And the food was fabulous.

Very comfortable room with plenty of space. Loved the nightlight and the USB socket on the bedside lamps. The gardens were lovely and nice to sit out there in the afternoon. Very comfortable bed. Close to city centre and the stix restaurant next door was very good. Good coffee provided for coffee plunger in room and loved the milk provided in glass bottles. Laundry facilities were good with complimentary washing powder and good sized load washed for $3 and dried for $4.

The nicest Motel we've stayed at, by some distance. Duncan was very welcoming, showing us to our room through the beautiful Japanese style garden. Room was absolutely spotless clean, with a couple yummy cookies. Spacious room, very comfortable, couldn't ask for more

Very well placed. Clean and well equipped. Laundry facilities, if required. Lovely Thai restaurant attached to the property. Walkable in to Dunedin town centre.
