We loved our stay at Asure Adrian. Our apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is perfect, we had a car thus moving around was not a problem. It is located only 300m from the St Kilda beach. The highlight of the stay was that we witnessed ‘Aurora’ from outside our apartment and then headed to the beach to see some spectacular views of aurora over the beach.

Location was exactly where we needed to be - funeral at Hope and Sons. As former Dunedinites, it was lovely to be near a very familiar area for one of us. (ex-Queen's High) A chance to visit family in town.

Location was good. Nice and quiet despite plenty of others staying there. We were late in arriving due to flight delay. However receptionist very welcoming and hid any annoyance very well !

Sally was so friendly and efficient. Check in was super easy, lots of info on bus timetables to and from the area. Lots of information on where to take the kids etc. Rooms were neat and super tidy, great towels and comfy beds and pillows. Kitchen was well equipped too

Such a lovely friendly place to stay , so very clean and tidy , comfy bed & the outside grounds were so tidy as well , this will definitely be our go to Dunedin accommodation from now on :)

Warm and comfortable. We had the unit next to the road, while we could hear the traffic it didn't keep us up at all. Unit was clean, warm and comfortable, just what we needed.
