April “Great comfortable one night stay for families”

Friendly, helpful host/receptionist upon arrival especially with a late check-in time. Loved how you guys have the free help yourself area in reception. Spacious and comfortable for our family of 5, apartment had two tvs which was convenient for us with having children, Beds were comfy which made for a good night sleep for everyone. We will most definitely be booking our Dunedin stays here again and will recommend to other members of my family!

Got a free upgrade to a room with spa bath tub, but it's on upper floor, which is fine for me. The room is large enough and decently clean and comfy. The electric hotpan is provided with possibility of cooking, but it could result in quite a smell in the room.

Room was spacious and beds were big and comfortable. Great having a nice soft couch and table and kitchenette with everything we needed. Bathroom was spacious too and shower pressure was fantastic! TV was at a good height and able to move around so we could watch in bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Location ideal and close to town. We come to Dunedin a lot so glad to have found a place where we can happily stay that suits all our needs...thank you!

The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent (except for the very low toilet which apparently was not as stable as it could be.
