Very well appointed, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Various creative art pieces were also on display. The location, while approximately 15 minutes from Dunedin, is an historic area in its own right and worth a visit. While not numerous the cafe and food options available are outstanding. There is also free and safe parking available.

Lovely host, great location where you can walk to town very easily and super clean! The bed was comfy and the room has so much character. We loved our overnight stay!

Sebastian was very friendly and welcoming. Room was warm and spacious with a large comfortable bed. We only stayed 1 night but would have stayed longer if we had the time. Location is close to local eating options.

It ticked most the boxes, cleanliness, comfort, extras like drinks and chocolates. It was only 200m from where we needed to spend time while we were there, excellent!
