Good communication from motel. Clean and tidy room with all amenities. Plenty of on-site parking. Very quiet, don't hear the traffic at all.

Always very welcoming, we arrived half an hour before check in time & allowed us to enter the room early with no charge which was handy when we had driven down from CHCH
