Spotless, clearly brand new and stylish rooms with crisp linen and comfortable beds. Despite a power outtage, a full, warm breakfast was served. The manager came to greet us personally and was responsive when we encountered another rude guest. The garden and pond are inhabited by various birds, which is a delight. Friendly and polite staff.

Fantastic one night stop over on the way to the Zulu battlefields just down the road. Spacious clean room, great fresh cooked breakfast to order at the adjoining house and a good steak dinner at the Shed next door in the opposite direction. Friendly, helpful staff and a great night's sleep. Look out for the peacock strutting around like he owns the place!
