The room had plenty of space and all the comforts one would expect. The bed was quite comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. The included breakfast was good too, with the usual cooked selection that you could help yourself to.

It was really good, the only issue was that the receptionist thought I hadn’t paid and I think couldn’t find my booking at first but I hope that was just a computer error.

overnight stay prior to flight from Dundee. Unfortunately the room overnight was very hot and stuffy leading to both of us having a fairly sleepless night.

Very convenient location to Dundee train station so great if travelling on public transport. Check in was easy and staff welcoming. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good ensuite bathroom facilities, quiet despite looking out over the main road in front of the station building.

The location is fabulous. Very convenient to explore every thing Dundee has to offer. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful.
