We recently stayed at this charming family-owned B&B, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Bryan and Fiona made us feel like part of their family. Their genuine warmth and hospitality created an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast featuring locally sourced, fresh ingredients—hands down some of the best meals we've ever had. The attention to detail and the care they put into everything truly set this place apart. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Hosts Brian and Fiona were wonderful. Breakfast was next level fantastic. Enjoyed chatting with them and their advice also. Could have stayed longer. The room was beautifully made up, and everything was top quality.

Outstanding stay. Close to main centre of Dundee, breakfast was incredible for choice and delicious. Hosts were extremely welcoming and assisted wherever required.

The breakfast was SO good with home made items and plenty of variety. The hosts were really lovely...nothing was too much trouble. Would return in a heartbeat and recommend.

Fiona and Bryan are amazing hosts who cannot do enough for you.Room was comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly want . Lots of tea and coffee in the room with chocolate treats. Breakfast was excellent .Even supplied bags to take fruit and cake away for your day out. All in all a great stay.We will be back !

Probably one of the best B&Bs we've ever stayed at. Fiona and Brian were absolutely wonderful hosts. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, they couldn't do more for us. Tea and homemade tiffin in their gorgeous garden, scrumptious breakfast all homemade with extra loveliness like a doggie bag for homemade cookies. We would have needed to stay a full week to try all the breakfasts. As vegetarians we were extremely well catered for which made a refreshing change. Loved the bedroom, great size overlooking the garden. Very quiet at night. Good bus links into town. Parking right outside. What more can I say, apart from thank you so much and we'll be back!
