The atmosphere, its down to the wonderful staff who create such a welcoming atmosphere, their friendly nature and always willing to help everyone enjoy their stay. The simple little things you find here are what makes this place so special, from the waiter going the extra mile for our baby, the cleaners letting us stay that little bit longer as baby was sleeping, the chocolates laid out in our room, staff that greet you or even stop to make conversation with you, what you get here you don't find in many hotels

I thought I had breakfast included in price. So was a bit disappointed- But otherwise it was comfortable- A very popular venue.

The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The location perfect for us as a stop on the way to Belfast dicks. Food is tasty and service in the bar excellent.

The staff are just amazing from reception to bar and restaurant nothing was a chore the waitress in the secret garden was amazing and went above and beyond

I attended function in Pinewood suite, good room for the function. Breakfast was good, room was very crowded with low ceiling the room became very warm My Room was fine I like the water refill areas, better than having a bottle of water

Staff were so friendly and helpful. . Reminded us of how hotels use to be. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent.

It was fair but pricy Steak was dire ,looked nice but must of beef frozen same with chicken curry
