Attractive neighbourhood, close to the seafront and numerous restaurants and cafes. A very welcoming and well run hotel with a beautiful pool and terrace. The breakfast was exceptional.

Value for money, quiet, good food and very accessible, walking distance to Boulevard, 1 ride to Airport and Port. Bed was comfy and spacious. Staffs are very helpful

The location was good for a quiet part of Dumaguete and walking around was very nice as there are still many residences around amidst establishments - so we were able to discover a jazz joint and a collective art gallery, food stands and a very nice library in the vicinity. It was also walking distance to the sea side boulevard where food choices abound. The room itself (we stayed two nights in a two-bedroom suite) was nice and spacious; the bedrooms were OK with good comfortable beds.
