What I like most in this hotel are the staff. From the security guard who greeted us in the entrance door and the front desk are all friendly. Checking in went smooth. The room is in decent size, it's clean, the bed are well made and comfortable and the bathroom are full of amenities. We did a late service request and the staff came quick. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, not much to choose from but good enough as complimentary for the price that we paid. I like the location which is in the heart of downtown walking distsnce to restaurants and shops.

Big comfortable room, water dispenser on every floor. Good breakfast included. Swimming pool was adequate.

Very quirky hotel which I really liked. I enjoyed the pool, buffet breakfast, cafe and free water refill station. Walk out the door and you are in the heart of town. Exceptionally clean.

the breakfast had mostly pork and I am not allowed it do to medical but the egg section was good for my choice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast check in and fast check out. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was comparable to Dubai or Europe not like other places in the Philippines. The location was in the middle of the town so easy and cheap to get anywhere with a pedicab. The breakfast didn't have much choice for a European but the eggs were made on location exactly as you like them.

I find the exterior and interior design of the hotel cute, thats why i tried to book and stay in this hotel, i wasnt dissapointed, the hotel and the pool is clean, cute and accessible to everything. Bed is very comfortable to sleep in and good pressure of shower, they have coffee machine in the room which is rare in dumaguete hotels.

Facilities were very clean and stylish, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very nice. In-room coffee was the best I've had among all the hotels I have ever been to.
