The property was convenient to prime locations, had a good massage place that offered room service! Buffet breakfast was ok, same variety however

The room was nice and comfortable and especially the twin beds. The view from the room was good too, but spoilt somewhat by the protective glass covering getting old and discolouring and bubbling. The menu for evening meals was very good, especially for Filipino dishes, and the restaurant was lovely. The staff were always polite and helpful. The central location of this very pleasant hotel was ideal for easily getting about the city and the seafront and ferry port are within easy walking distance.

Location is the best as its in the heart of the downtown. Easy to go around the city. We had last minute changes in our booking but the staff was able to accomodate our request. Breakfast buffet is good too.

Good central location in Dumaguete, walkable to the Boulevard and malls etc. the hotel looks modern from the outside but the rooms are a bit dated. My suite was spacious and had enormous tv and seating couch area……
