Exquisite taste in decor with superb attention to detail. Staff is extremely well trained and very helpful. The place where the hotel is situated between the mountains and the tranquility of the surroundings makes it very romantic.

We stayed in Hansel cottage which was brilliant for our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with artisan loaf of bread and welcome letter which was a nice welcome. Well equipped unit, had everything we needed, situated in the most beautiful country setting. Exceptionally quiet spot, outdoor braai was excellent. Beds were comfortable, cooking and coffee facilities were abundant. Located 10km from the gorgeous little town of Dullstroom which offers great little coffee shops, restaurants and little boutique shops. We were actually sad we stayed only one night. Would have been great for a few days. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again on our next travels.

We enjoyed the venue, spa and just had a very relaxing outing apart from a move of rooms that were necessitated by loud guests next door! Although management gave us a new room, in a very orderly fashion, I am uneasy with the fact that we as the not-guilty party had to move rooms at 20:00hrs.

The room was very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Service during breakfast and dinner was excellent and the food was awesome and always changing. The view and walking routes were beautiful.
