Cleaning staff was efficient and friendly. The room was spacious. The hotel was nice and the room had nice views to the lake.

We really liked the hotel. Our room had a balcony facing the lake and forest, it was quiet and relaxing. We parked our car and commuted to Dusseldorf, the location was convenient for that. Breakfast buffet was very nice & staff was friendly.

We use this hotel every time we drive from the UK to Poland. We always travel with our dogs and this hotel is exceptionally dog friendly. The dogs are allowed everywhere, including the restaurant, which is amazing. The staff are lovely, facilities are clean and the hotel is on beautiful grounds with walking/ running routes near by. We will be back!

Whats not to like! Wonderful walks around the property kept the dogs occupied. Hotel was very, very dog friendly. You could take a dog to breakfast, and straight away they brought up a bowl of fresh, cold water for them. there is a surcharge for dogs, which I expected, but I think it was quite a lot in comparison to other places we have stayed in. Breakfast was fantastic. Great choice of fresh produce. Had some beers in hotel's taverna the night before, great! Seems we were lucky, as the place is not open during the weekend, and we were there on Friday. Staff were really friendly, although the waiter in taverna pretended he did not speak English ;-) Room was spacious, and had a portable AC unit (thank god for that, as it was pretty warm night). you could open the door to a terrace, with an OK view, but still, a bit of an outside space, handy. will definitely consider staying there again, and perhaps for more than just one night.

Excellent hotel. Well located with the U Bahn right outside and 30 minutes from Dusseldorf. Room was enormous, clean and check in was amenable as I requested a late check in. Breakfast, what a view, and the food was excellent. There was nothing not to like.

Definitely worth noting is the wonderful service and delicious breakfasts. In addition, a very good Italian hotel restaurant, a cool garden and a pond. About 100 meters to the subway station - definitely a plus. The hotel has a cool vibe, some easter eggs for football (soccer) fans.
