Been many times, we love it here. The view of the canal from the window is so calming and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and friendly at check in.

Starting to feel tired, was in a second floor room, fridge not available and bits of damage here and there

Brilliant as always and relaxing ! Felt a little uncomfortable at evening meal as the food i ordered did not have what I wanted and paid for but the kind lady asked if I wanted to change my food but there was not much to choose from as i didn't like the food that was on there i suffer with severe anxiety so felt a little pressured with what to get the lady left me to have a look and then came back ! Breakfast was amazing as always plus I always look forward to the morning meal from here

The Staff were friendly & helpful. The leisure centre is something I want to explore further on our next visit. Today I only had time to use the Sauna. we were late in arriving as we had been to the ReformUK party conference in Birmingham.
