The house is beautiful and the balcony is very big with amazing view. Toilets need some restauration work, but apart form that, the house is great, spacious and comfortable. The only thing to be aware of, is the amount of stairs to get to the property. Be prepared for many many steps!!!

The location is great only 15 minutes to the old town. The view from the balcony is astonishing! On top of that the staff are really helpful. Pane makes our stay really comfortable and they were always responsive. We had a great time here

a really pleasant little apartment which served our purpose perfectly for the few days we were in Dubrovnik. Be mindful that it is fairly elevated and tehre will be stairs or slopes no matter which way you tyurn as Dubrovnik is very hilly! We are all able bodied and so not a problem, but probably not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. The view of the harbour and old town is lovely from the small veranda, and the 10-15 miinute walk down is very pleasant. Parking is difficult in Dubrovnik, so very useful to be able to do so here, just at the top of the stairs to the apartment itself. The landlord/owner was very friendly too.

This place has 2 trump cards - THE VIEW and it's host. So other things become less important when you have such a strong arguments to come back some day.

The apartment had a fabulous balcony with an absolutely breathtaking view, simply stunning across the sea to the city. It therefore follows that the location is hilly! We were very happy with the standard and cleanliness of the apartment.

The view from the apartment is amazing. The washing machine wasn't working, but the owners came to help us, and did the laundry for us. We felt welcome.

The host is super friendly when we check in he show us everything, super market, beach and where to go. His wife and him are super friendly and supportive. The location is beautiful with the view, and very close to the super market and beach and old town. I enjoy staying here a lot. There’s lot of stairs to get to the stay but i enjoys every corners and the view. If you don’t want to walk to can easily get the taxi from the old town under 10e. No worries that much😇.

Location towards the top of the hill above Dubrovnik, views are amazing. Pane and Visna, our hosts were incredibly kind and couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect, it was like staying with friends.
