The space is excellent, well appointed with a kitchenette. Very clean and tastefully designed. Certainly good value for money However as the hotel is within the old town you’ll need to navigate through fair amount of stairs in order to get to the location. Something to bear in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage.

Excellent location right in the centre of the old town of Dubrovnik. The apartment had everything one needs , beautiful decor and spotless . Edi at reception was very helpful, sent directions how to get here . No supermarket or shops open on Sunday for essentials . Locals are very friendly and helpful .

The room was incredibly central Very clean and with an amazing view on the rooftops of the old town. The shower was great and the shampoo, soap etc were of great quality.

Excellent location, the apartment was clean and the view from the balcony was brilliant. The staff were very polite and accommodating. We were able to get into the apartment early and leave our bags when we checked out.

Very comfortable and clean room with lots of space and decent facilities. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and the rooms are well located for the heart of the Old Town.

The location of the appartment with its stunning Old city view from the balcony (room No 16) is absolutely amazing. Easy to reach from the main street. Logically, because the appartment No 16 is app. on the 3rd floor, count with few stairs to get there but it is worth it. Airconditioning worked perfectly (it was cold outside, so we needed to use heating mode). The appartment is spacious, clean, modern.

Recently opened, spacious room, right in the old town area, convenient to find and check in Residents are moving out of the old town area, meaning more rooms or apartments will likely to be modified into guesthouses. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and when we went to the reception to store our luggage and could not see if breakfast is available or not. Never mind, it won't be a bother as long as a number of bakeries open quite early.

The property had a stunning view on the top level where we stayed - Room 16. The reception staff - Alen was very helpful. He came to our assistance to help bring our luggage up to our unit. The reason why I gave a 9 for my review is because of the steps leaving up to the apartment. Otherwise, all are very good.
