If you want to stay in the old city then this little hotel is perfect - it’s as you enter through the city gates! Perfect for getting to the entrance of the city wall walk - which is diagonally opposite. Not what I would call a 4 star hotel as per the stars on booking.com but location sells it. Our room was clean - wasn’t serviced the 3 days we were there. However Tomas the host is lovely and was super helpful. You also get a 15% discount at the gift shop downstairs. A good restaurant outside of the old city is Sesame. We had a couple of lovely lunches.

I liked that I could walk out and be in old town. My 1st 2 nights there was live music outside and it was very loud. The room was lovely and bed comfortable.

Location was fantastic. Room was lovely and kept clean, and the staff were really friendly. The contact between the taxi driver and Rooms Klarisa Palace was excellent, we had not arrived within 10 minutes of drop off, we got a call and were guided to the room.

Would highly recommend! The location was excellent, the bedroom and bathroom were a good size, the bed was super comfortable, and the A/C was nice and strong!

Excellent host called Thomas. He met us at nearby Large Onofrio’s Fountain and showed us to our room. He explained everything about the property excellently. The location is fabulous next to the fountain and entry to the city walls. The room was perfect with very comfortable bed. The shower was extra powerful and all was spotlessly clean. A free water station in the hall for guests. Room was very quiet.
