everything everyone are very very nice。it's just like at home the people, the service,the room....especially the bed, so comfortable.i had a very good sleep in the past 7 nights.

Room was in its own little house/cabin with terrace which gave us great privacy with easy access to pool and spa area. Everything worked well and was very clean. Pool/jacuzzi/sauna were all great for relaxation after a long day of exploring Dubrovnik. Relaxed atmosphere with chilled music around the premises, felt very private and exclusive. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice and staff were wonderful throughout.

The property is stunning, the staff are wonderful and the location is brilliant - you can walk to and from the old town (the walk back is uphill and strenuous but good for walking off dinner!) or take a 5 min taxi ride. It is a huge property so even when the place is full occupancy it feels quiet, private and restful. The room was gorgeous, authentic and traditional but also modern and sleek. We were so impressed with the beauty of the place, with delightful touches at every turn. I had one of the best massages of my life here! The pool area is outstanding - you could happily spend all day there. The restaurant and food quality is impeccable and service is polished and friendly. Finally, the gym is well equipped and spacious, our teenage son loved his workouts here and used it every day.

The property was absolutely beautiful. An oasis of calm. It was superbly presented. The breakfast was delicious. The service was outstanding - things were happening quietly and calmly around us by friendly hotel staff. The pool area was fab - quiet and relaxing. Lots of sun loungers and everyone reading quietly and enjoying the ambience. The games room was so fun - love the pool table! The bedroom was amazing - such a comfy bed and smart facilities (including premium shower products). We were honeymooning and they left us a beautiful note to cherish forever and a bottle of bubbles - so thoughtful and kind.

Beautifully restored summer house with a vista of the Adriatic. Attentive staff but not visible. Gorgeous grounds and a peaceful swimming pool.

Palace Natali was an oasis in the madness of Dubrovnik. A bit out of the city with a beautiful view, it was so peaceful and luxurious. You couldn't want for anything else, every need was catered for.

This hotel is the epitome of relaxation. With just 21 rooms over such a large space you’re often on your own or feel quite isolated in a good way amongst such beautiful surroundings. Dubrovnik is so busy with so much going on so it’s lovely to get such a large space to relax. The pool and the facilities at the pool are the best. Super comfy loungers and sofa loungers with fresh hot or cold water on tap along with a shower and toilet and loads of spare towels, robes etc. We never had to compete for a sunbed either and one day the pool was slightly busy when everyone collided randomly in a perfect storm but everyone still had space. In the evening they lay out blankets and pillows on the lawn so you can watch the sunset and the sky. We did originally want to stay in Old Town but were so glad we stayed here as it was a peaceful escape from the city. You can walk in and back if you don’t mind a climb but an Uber is only €7-€15. Seriously one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was supreme and always filled us ready for a big day. A real boutique vibe of exclusivity. Would go again in a heartbeat.
