The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with a wonderful view. It had a lot of storage space. We were given a room with a balcony, upgrade, as we were the last guests of the season which was lovely, and so we were also the only ones using the shared kitchen. The apartment is in a beautiful location by the harbour and a short walking distance to the number 6 bus to the old town. Marko, the host was very friendly, approachable and informative, filling up the coffee machine with fresh beans every day. There was great communication with him before and during the stay. Added bonus was having Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ etc as well as being able to use the washing machine. A great stay in a great location.

Our host was wonderful, took the time to show us where local restaurants were on a map and what to see in the local area. Our room was cosy with the cutest balcony over looking the Port and local street. Great coffee machine, in a shared kitchenette.

Location was great , with bars & eateries just at the end of the road and a supermarket close by and local buses nearby too, Marko was very helpful with local information and suggestions on where to visit which was very much appreciated

Unfortunately we only stayed at The Orsan Residence for one night. The location was great. It was a quiet location but only a few minutes walk away from lots of great restaurants, bars and a lovely walk along the ocean. Marco was a great host, spending time to show us where we could get buses into the old town and some of the best local restaurants. On the second floor a little kitchenette had been set up so you could make some simple meals. Literally opposite The Residence was The Orsan Yacht Club where we had a lovely lunch, they were also open for breakfast and dinner. We were allowed to drop off our luggage early in the morning which was really handy as we had just disembarked from a cruise. The room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again if ever in the Dubrovnik area.

Fab location for everything in the area. And nice to be away from the bustle of the city. Close to shops buses and restaurants and easy access for boats and onward travel. Great host.
