Juliette was helpful, friendly and very welcoming. She allowed us to check-in early and recommended places to eat, and even assisted with our luggage due to the stairs. Little touches of the snacks, milk, juices, fresh flowers and wine were kind & thoughtful. Room was very spacious, comfortable and TV offered a variety of channels in English. Hotel is in a great location, close of key tourist attractions and lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend, as Juliette is a perfect host!

Juliet was really friendly & helpful. She met us at the property & made us feel so welcome. The little extras like the milk, juice & snacks were so thoughtful as were the fresh flowers & wine. Juliet told us which ways to go to avoid most of the steps & gave recommendations on where to eat & not eat. The room had everything we needed, it was very clean & it was perfectly located for exploring the Old Town.

Host was extremely helpful and available if we needed anything. Fabulous recommendations for food, snacks and things to do / see. Apartment was in a fabulous position in the Old Town, well equiped, great facilities and good A/C. The view from the kitchen window was so lovely and also a let a nice breeze in. Highly recommend.

The location is great. Within the old town but very near Buza gate which means you can get fairly close by car/taxi, which is big help with bags as it means significantly less stairs than pretty much everywhere else in old town. Juliet was really helpful - sorted out taxis for us and met us on arrival & departure. She was also available via WhatsApp & replied very quickly. The room was really clean, the bathroom had a powerful shower & there was good air conditioning.

Brilliant place to stay. The location is perfect with great views. Very comfortable and very well taken care of. Juliet was amazing. She was so helpful, caring and friendly. We felt very supported and she went out of her way to help us with luggage and making great recommendations. There were lovely touches of snacks and a few beverages which was perfect. The property was in such a great location - a few metres from lovely restaurants and Dubrovnik centre. Juliet was lovely and left us wine, milk and snacks.

I had an excellent experience. The room was exceptionally clean, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom, which made the stay all the more comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy to get around and explore the area. What really stood out was the hostess—she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her attentiveness and warmth made the stay feel personal. Overall, a great place to stay, highly recommended!
