Staff was excellent. I requested a birthday cake for my partner for his birthday and they delivered. They are pet friendly but do not bring your pet to breakfast. It is a nice 25 min walk to the old town - with perfect views of the water. Breakfast was good. The lady which checked us in was great, very nice and helpful.

Excellent location of hotel, for walking distance to Stradun (for the brave one ;-)) or convenient local public transport. Hotel has own parking so no need to use the car during the stay. Room are very spacious with balcony. Choice of food for breakfast excellent.

Staff are the treasure of this hotel. Kind, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, good humored... I could go on. Lovely place with excellent, clean facilities. Great food whether for breakfast, restaurant or the piano bar. Location is convenient too. 15 min stroll to old town or the bus, just outside for a short ride.

Lovely large room and very quiet (I stayed in January, so the hotel wasn't too busy). Great breakfast buffet and lovely staff. The room was very clean. The hotel was a 15 minute walk into the old town, although it was possible to get a bus as well.

The buffet and the staff were really lovely. The location is about a 20-30 min walk (down and uphill to old town).

Very clean, staff are friendly, family room of 4 are very nice divided, breakfast is very good and location is also nice 20-25 mins away from the old town

We enjoyed our stay which included breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly. We used the luggage storage facility on the day of arrival and the day of departure. The room met our expectations and was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, especially the desserts at dinner. We also enjoyed lunch from the bar menu. The swimming pool was a welcome bonus on the hot days. There is a bus stop within 50 meters for buses to and from the old town and we purchased bus tickets from reception.

Old town 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus (multiple buses available but full at peak times). Hotel pool. Breakfast buffet.

The staff at the reception was very polite. We got a free upgrade for both rooms that we have booked and they let us leave the car after we checked out for a few hours at the hotel. Professionalism and kindness.
