Location was excellent with bus right across from the hotel which went every 20 minutes. The rooms were stunning and very clean. We were delighted to get a free upgrade on check in. The only thing which left the property down was the evening buffet dinner. We ate here one evening as it was raining very heavily so we decided to stay in hotel for evening meal. Most of the food left out was cold. Very little option for vegetarians just one curry. There was a pasta dish which just said “basil sauce” so we asked the two chefs who were there what was in this, was there any meat to which they said no meat it was just basil but when brought to table the dish clearly contained chicken. This was very disappointing as we had clearly asked.

The hotel is in a perfect location, cozy and relaxed. The service is excellent, all the staff are just perfectly professional and warm at the same time.

To start off with, the view is breathtaking. The property is facing the Adratic. Stunning views. It is a bit far from Old town. But there is a bus service (number 4) that starts from the hotel and ends at Pile gate at Old town entrance which is only 10 mins ride. So it never felt far. While booking we got an automatic upgrade to Junior suite which was a nice gesture. Property is modern with excellent lobby and a lounge area. One of the best client services I have experienced in europe. Very hospitable. We had requested for a late checkout since our next travel was in the night. They complied and gave us the same room with no additional cost. We were very impressed by that gesture. A special thanks to Ines for this. Special mention to Dubravka who was very helpful in providing tips about the town. Breakfast had a good spread. Again view from the restaurant is spectacular. We were particularly impressed with Loreta from the Breakfast restaurant. She ensured all our requests were looked into. Alwats with a amile on her face. Thank you. We had the buffet one night. It is a good treat for those eating meat and fish. We are vegetarian so the options are limited. Hoping to have more options on the veg front. Having said that, we requested the chef to make pasta (arabiatta) . He was more than happy to comply. Personally came to deliver it on our table and then came back later to check how did we find it. Unfortunately, could not get his name. But thank you 😊. Overall very good experience. Will return for sure.

Good location with very good bus service right in front of the hotel that takes you to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with comfortable bed. Room had a lovely view over the ocean. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. My room was huge, with a stunning sea view and a massive, super comfortable bed. The indoor pool was great, and I loved the massage. I stayed in February, so the outdoor pool was still closed, but it looked amazing. I’d love to come back during the season to enjoy it as well! There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to the old town. I highly recommend it!

The hotel was in a lovely location with good views. Spa was nice and pool gorgeous. Amazing views from the top floor. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. We walked everywhere and that was wonderful to get out and about in the local area. The local bus service is excellent and easy to navigate. We also used the shuttle bus to the airport which for us worked well, although some reviews suggest this can be less than reliable during the Summer month.

Very good hotel, a bit far from the center. But it was a shuttle bus every 2 hours. The breakfast was very good and the room very comfortable.
