Ante is very helpful, he provided a lot of detailed travel information to us when we arrived in hotel which help us to be familiar with this city. The house with a small garden of a lot of plants, it's very convenient to take bus to old town, there are some mini markets nearby. The room with nice view of the city, all rooms are very clean and decorated like home, it's a unforgettable experience to stay here for two days.

Great location by the bus route that takes you straight to old town. Host was really helpful, collected us from the bus stop when we arrived and dropped us back when we returned, explained the places to visit. Room very clean with lovely balcony with sea view.

The room looked very clean, nice and in very good conditions. The shared areas (kitchen and living room) were good-sized and fully furnished, with the patios making the place even more beautiful and comfortable. The (uncommon) pickup service on arrival was really useful and the host was accommodating and helpful in many ways.

Ante was a fantastic host. Picked me up from the main bus station. Also allowed me to stay at the attached studio apartment for the same price, even though I only booked the single room.

Host Ante was lovely and friendly. He orientated us when we arrived, gave us space for quiet enjoyment of the property, and was always polite and smiley. The room was lovely, bathroom a good size, and the view from the balcony was fab. The whole place (room and shared spaces) were spotless and smelt pleasant. Although we didn't use the terrace, it was pretty and quiet. A small supermarket was very close by (a minute walk) to grab basics. A bus into Dubrovnik was 5 minute away down a relatively long (but not steep) flight of stairs (please note that to access the property, you will need to use stairs). Gruž itself is a lot less touristy and a much quieter area than Dubrovnik old town so it was great returning each evening after a day out. Ante also has a couple of car parking spaces, which we were able to utilise for the entirety of our stay. Overall, would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Dubrovnik!

The Guest House was clean and comfortable with great facilities in the kitchen and sitting area. My room had a balcony and the view down to the main harbour was stunning. There were swifts in the morning and bats in the evening. It was great for transport into Dubrovnik and down to the ferries.
